Office Policy
In order to attain our goal of optimum foot health we request your complete cooperation in a few areas:

  • Following the directions and advice from us is vital in the treatment of your feet/ankle
  • Follow instructions for home care
  • We prefer that a parent accompany a minor who is to be treated. In this way misunderstandings are avoided
  • A referring physician or podiatrist will receive a written report of your diagnosis and treatment

"Toes are like teeth. It is well known that a missing or poorly spaced tooth will cause nearby teeth to "drift" and finally cause a poor occlusion of the bite. This is identical to the toes. A poorly placed toe, an overlapping toe, a hammer toe or a painful toe will gradually cause the other toes to "drift" into poor positioning or function and eventually affect the whole foot and the function of the legs. It will change your whole natural grace of walking."
-- Preventive Podiatry Points

"People expect to get old --- their teeth wear out and they get fillings and replacements; their eyes wear out and they get glasses of all kinds; their hearing wears out and they get hearing aids --- but some how people never expect their feet to wear out. They are supposed to go on forever and yet they work harder and under worse conditions than most everything."
--Podogeriatrics
